“Cozy Cottage in Monte Rio”

My recent stay at the Monte Rio Vacation Cottages was wonderful. The Hummingbird Cottage is beautifully cozy inside with the fire going and refreshing in the hot tub on the deck! “peaceful, quiet, beautiful”

great place, can't wait to go back! The hot tub was fantastic - but bring some flip-flops to get over the gravel on your way to your hot tub. There was even a very friendly black cat that must have been the mascot of the place. The peace and quiet was just what we needed.

“Vineman Get away - fabulous”

We were there for the Vine man triathlon. Absolutely beautiful! Cottages were very clean, with flowers, and privacy. Jacuzzi was perfect after the run. We had breakfast out on the patio and then had friends over for pizza and beer following the race. Wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or for families. Highly recommend it.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, this is a great place. Outdoor shower, lots of quiet outdoor space. Cute, tiny cabin (Tranquility Cabin). Recommend if you don't mind very small. My big strong boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend and we had a great time. It was a great getaway from the city. The big deck overlooks a pretty forest.
