We arrived in Monterey without reservations and wanted a clean, safe, reasonably priced place near Cannery Row. Otter Inn was just what we were looking for. The Otter Inn was the perfect place to stay with my family of 4. Nothing fancy, the snacks were helpful in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly.
