We stayed in the Fowler cottage for 2 nights and could not have had a better experience. The rooms were very clean with updated amenities. When we checked in the owner gave us a quick tour and was very welcoming and helpful which was nice. Most of the time you are just another customer but we never got that vibe.... More

This purpose designed inn is closer to a boutique hotel than a bed and breakfast with the added charm of a hostess who clearly loves to share the secrets of Napa. The charm lies in the detail, the softest sheets, the gorgeous toiletries, the towels, the substantial breakfast, quality loose leaf teapots and the spot on recommendations for wineries, restaurants... My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights last week along with his 2 sisters, 1 brother and spouses. The inn was beautiful!! We didn't want to leave. In fact, if we didn't have a reservation in San Fran, we would have tried to stay another night. My husband and I stayed in the Randolf cottage. The heated floors,... More

We stayed there for 2 nights in early May and I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this place was fantastic from the great rooms to the great hospitality. I was pleased by the breakfast every morning; in the past most bed and breakfasts I have been to have had bagels and fruit but the Inn on Randolph... More

My wife and I originally planned to stay at the Inn on Randolph for three nights. Once we found out that “Bottle Rock” was planned for the same weekend, we quickly changed our plans. Since we were both set on staying at the Inn during our first visit to Napa, we canceled all but one night. We arrived at SFO... More

We try very hard to personally check in all of our guests even our late arrivals, and were happy to wait and make sure you were settled for the evening. We know how stressful traffic can be especially at the beginning of vacation. Glad you enjoyed your stay! Warmly, Karen More

My fiance and I went to Napa for the first time this April. The minute we walked through the front door we were in love with the Inn. It is absolutely beautiful! The staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating. Karen, the owner, and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. This was definitely one... More

Our first stay in napa and our last night was here - we should have stayed here the whole time! karen was absolutely awesome - and her staff were gracious and welcoming. Karen clearly knows how to take care of people - from the thoughtful wine in our rooms, to the flashlights we used on our way home from dinner,... More

Karen and her staff made our stay an unforgettable experience. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Everything here is top-notch with special attention to every last detail. The food was gourmet and the friendly atmosphere refreshing! We were delighted that the Inn was nestled in a quiet, historic area of Napa. Beautiful indoor seating and equally outdoor... More

We stayed here with some friends for three nights at the end of April (10 yr ann'y trip). Karen and her staff made us feel right at home. This was our third trip to Napa and by far the best. Rooms were great (we stayed in the Laurel/Randolph cottage), breakfast outstanding, setting perfect. Thanks to the Inn on Randolph for... More

We had a group of friends going to Napa and decided to book the entire Inn for our group rather than staying at a hotel or renting a house. It far exceeded our lofty expectations. The renovation of the Inn was incredibly well done. We were a little concerned that the rooms in the Inn did not have TVs but... More

We love hosting groups at the inn and your gang was especially fun! Glad you had a great time. If TVs are important book a cottage room. They all have flat screens. Warmly, Karen More
