good-sized rooms/suites, good noise isolation, living-room furniture stylishly uncomfortable. This sentence would like to inform you that its sole reason for existence is to reach the silly 200-character minimum requirement, and yet it feels a sense of accomplishment that it has achieved its admittedly limited goal in "life". This sentence is the last sentence of this review.

“Travel to Carlsbad”

Very good hotel for my family (myself, wife, son, daughter-in-law, and 12 year old twin granddaughters) on our way from San Jose to Legoland. We loved the pool when we arrived and the waffle-maker at breakfast before we departed.

“Very nice Inn”

Stayed here for two nights to attend a family wedding. Our reservation was lost but no problem, we got a room at the rate per our reservation. An excellent hotel to stay at in Oxnard California. The Hotel is always clean and the staff go out of their way to assist with any of our needs. The complementry Breakfast and Dinner is also a great value.

“Great for a business trip”

If I were on vacation I would probably look for a more resort like atmosphere. The friendliness of the staff and efficiency of the front desk were excellent. The food at the manager's reception was hit or miss, but the breakfast was better than expected.

“Outstanding”

The hotel is very nice, well taken care of, not to far from the shopping areas. great food for breakfast and dinner. Great parking space, and if you do not eat pork or beef the chef will fix you something you can eat for dinner. Everybody is nice easy going.

“watch out for the unhelpfull check in”

Overall excellent stay, apart from America's least helpful check in lady. She would not change our room to a room with a bathtub, despite having a virtually empty hotel. However, about two hours later her colleague was more accommodating, and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately this meant repacking & unpacking again, but a small price to pay.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I have a family of seven including five children. Excellent accommodations for us. Sleeper sofa mattress was kind of stiff for the kids but I don't think it would be much better anywhere else. Pool was great. Facilities were very clean.
