Rm 148 or rooms on that wing are truly spacious and have a large terrace. The sunrise is great. The nearer to 148 the quieter they are..but the hotel is pretty quiet anway. Get a room looking onto the street not the pool unless you are on the upper...

Bring your little puppy and enjoy this wonderful hotel. check out the pictures on the hotels website and everything you see is in excellent condition. Yes there is a resort fee for Free Internet (2 computers) in the lobby, Pool and much more. If you are a group of 4 or more rent one of the nice cabanas.

Friendly receiptionist, great service. Very nice, clean, modern boutique hotel. Large room, very comfortable furniture and bed. Lovely pool area and 2nd floor outdoor patio. Close to shops and restaurant. We were there on a Thurs. night and there was a street fair.
Would stay at this hotel if we went back to Palm Springs.

I was upgraded since they ran out of basic rooms, so that was nice. Take note: As other have said, there is a $15 PER NIGHT resort fee, and a tax on top of that. Also, you can park on the street behind the hotel (on Calle Encilla).

Got a great rate for a one night stay here. Rooms are large in this 1970s era hotel. Property has been completely remodeled and is modern and contemporary. It's close to restaurants... all walkable. Pool and hot tub area is so-so, and the cabana rentals are $100 (ouch!).
