The Westin is a good hotel for a business stay in Pasadena. Good gym, near everything, etc. Worthy of mention is one stellar employee, who works in the main dining area; Norman. He is the reason I return. He makes each guest feel like they are the most important guest in the hotel. He takes pride in his job and... More

I like the Westin heavenly Bed so much that about 8 years ago i bought my own. So now when I go to a Westin, I get a reminder how nice my bed used to be! The Westin Pasadena is okay. Parking is either by valet or by a long walk from the self-park lot which does not offer in... More

I visited this hotel about 4 years ago, and had good memories of comfortable rooms and shuttered elegance. How things have changed. Check in staff looked bored and unfriendly, and I never saw the concierge for the 3 nights I was there. Although I'd booked a king room for 3 nights well in advance, I was told at check-in that... We have been staying at his Westin for many years and have always been comfortable. We especially like the convenient location of this hotel. Over the last few stays, we have noticed a slow deterioration, along with smaller rooms. Our last stay our climate control/air conditioner did not work. Luckily it was not in the summer. When mentioned it to... More

Thank you for your comments. We are in the process of evaluating our HVAC systems in our guest rooms. Our rooms were completely renovated in 2011, but i assure you that we did not make any of the rooms smaller. I hope that we have the opportunity of welcoming you back to the Westin Pasadena when you are in the... More

Nothing bad other than poor climate control in the meeting rooms which were freezing and my guest room which was stuffy. The room was much smaller than average. Show er heads were poor at best. More

Thank you for your comments that happen to outline elements that we are addressing to make our guests more comfortable. We are in the process of replacing the thermostat controls ian our meeting space to more modern devices that will replace older neumatic devices that were previously installed in the building. The AC coils in the guest rooms are also... More

This is a great hotel, have stayed many times. The rooms are clean, breezy and large. My husband and I love to work out in the gym in the early morning, the view of the mountains are stunning. The pool and hot tub are great, wonderful view of Pasadena's City Hall building, and the three times we've stayed, not a... More

The Westin Pasadena is somewhat generic but for being in a great building. The lobby is interesting but a bit on the plain side. The rooms are very generic and the florescent lighting will make you want to shut all the lights off. The hotel itself is located in a great spot that is linked by a beautiful garden, park... More

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Our hotel, the surroundings and the city certainly combine to make for a great experience. The Westin design that was chosen for our hotel is intentionally understated in order to enhance an uncluttered, tranquil environment. While, to some, it may seem a bit minimalistic, it is open to interpretation.... More

Solid hotel, good front desk staff and nice rooms. It's a chain, and you aren't going to forget its part of a chain. But all in all, clean, safe and no bad surprises, very important to me as I travel 225nights per year. More

My son and I stayed here on New Year's day/night and used the stay to watch the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. The hotel is only two blocks from Colorado Blvd., so was a short walk to the parade.
