We've been to Resorts, even Westin resorts, and this does NOT fit the description. Fiberglass tub/shower, no robes. We were charged a $27/day resort fee for the pleasure of having no poolside service. The Spa was closed one of the days we were there. Room was nice enough and pretty clean, but there was lots of hair/dust on the closet... more

As usual, the Westin Mission Hills contributed to a memorable weekend. The guest rooms are fantastic, the grounds are great and the golf course was in great shape. The grounds are spectacular, the room so white and clean, the Heavenly Bed is a high light and made the stay so very relaxing, the staff very friendly, and the food perfect! Don't forget to use the workout room, get a massage and walk the beautiful property! Loved it! more

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin- we try to get here once a year and are always greeted by a pleasant and happy staff. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, the pool is a great environment for all different ages and we had delicious fod in the dining room. more

The resort at first appearance looks good. Initial concern was that it was right off the freeway and not near to the mountain range at all. Which reaffirms it less than stellar ratings. It reminds me of condos in anywhere Southwest USA. Well maintained grounds, but artificial looking. Rooms get poor lighting and over all inspection show... they are not... more
