we stayed here while travelling through North California. the reception staff were all fantastic and friendly, room was spacious and clean and breakfast was satisfying. They gave us great advice on dinner to. Value for money stay.

Would come back here. Very clean and modern looking rooms, lounge and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was average with styrofoam plates/cups (yoghurt, cereals, boiled eggs, waffles, scrambled eggs, etc); lots of fruits. Views and location are not that great, though. Felt safe though.

This is located very near to I5 exit. It is 3 miles away from downtown and 4 miles away from Sundial bridge. If you are not much into cabin rentals, it is a great cheaper option to stay away from Shasta rather than renting expensive cabins in Shasta (20 mins drive). Just stayed in the Redding Fairfield Inn and Suites and I must say it is terrific. The hotel is top notch in all aspects. The comfortable rooms, awesome beds, helpful staff and great breakfast helped my stay rate very high. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the Northern California area.
