This is my third extended stay with this hotel. Sam has been wonderful and helpful every visit. It's great to be greeted by a smile after several hours of travelling. The rooms are newly rennovated, very spacious, and comfortable. The price is fantastic. I have several more trips to Palo Alto this year and plan on staying here each time.

Sam, the manager, is fantastic. He and his staff have always made sure my stay was top-notch. Clean rooms. Friendly. Made me feel great. Price for the area is amazing. I would gladly return there again when I am in town. I'm concerned about some of these older reviews. The hotel was completely renovated. It is a gem.

I've been working in the area for a few months, this is definitely the best hotel in the area for the price. Very spacious rooms. Fridge/microwave in all rooms, flatscreen tv in some. Sam at the front desk will take care of you.

We stayed here for several nights immediately after a cross-country move to the area. The price was excellent, especially for an extended stay in the area. The manager Sam was helpful and accommodating during our stay and made us feel welcome.
