Came here with My Husband, and in good timing too! New Managers, One of them does all the house keeping, fresh sheets, towels etc! they are updating everything. The managers were very nice, and helpful with us.

Rooms are not clean. Sheets and towels were stained and unclean. Many rooms are closed down. During our next trip to rio vista we stayed at the other hotel in town the Rio Sands. Much cleaner and nicer.

hi this was the best motel ever i visited in riovista . i found every thing absolutly perfect. the staff was very carring and helping and made me feel as i was at home . only bad thing they need wide parking for fishermans as they have a boat with them .
