Stayed two days at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is good: museums, shops, restaurants, greenway/park all very close with no need for a car. We had an outstanding experience at Convention Plaza Hotel in San Jose. We had a large family gathering for a wedding. The entire hotel staff responded to our needs, The front desk, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant gave excellent service. A Mr. Renato who serves in the restaurant went out of his way to accommodate us. Thank you , Ted Kreutzberg More
