“Terrible Hotel”

We stayed 3 days! We checked out earlier because the internet connection was not woking. Even after talking to the support line for 2 hours they couldn't fix the internet problem. Reception staff were very unfriendly und not helpful. Restaurant staff were nice and friendly. No fridge and no safe in the room.

“Bad visit impression but gets better”

Easy check in, went up to our room, surprise it was dirty(9 p.m.). Returned to front desk for new room, very apologetic, new room and coupons for complimentary breakfast. The rest of our stay was uneventful. Some signs of aging but clean, comfortable beds.

“Old, uncomfortable bed”

The hotel shows a lot of wear and felt grungy and the bed bounced when you sat down. This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned up or updated in many years. I prefer the San Jose Garden Airport for a similar price but far more comfortable.
