We reserved an expensive room with a specific type of tub. We did not get what we reserved, and management refused any compensation. The manager also did not call me back after he promised to do so. Sycamore Hot Springs has a problems with honesty, credibility, and is not a value for the money. More

In the past, our family has stayed in one of the Mythical Suites at this resort. This time we stayed in the Adventure Building because the place was really full. We enjoyed this place a lot: rooms are dated and in need of repair. But clean, bed was confortable, grrat hot tub outside, secluded location, feels like you are in the middle of the forest. Spent one night on a Standard room with a mineral hot tub. The view from the balcony is not as nice as the view from the hourly rental tubs, wherein you feel as if you"re in the middle of a forest. Standard room had old scratched up TV stand. 40 year old card table for coffee maker stand. No artwork on walls. Carpet dark and suspect. Cracks in tile grout in bathroom unattended to. We stayed in one of the newer suites. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet, under the trees, with a conventional hot tub on the deck (not mineral water).
