Beautiful location and very friendly staff. This hotel is pet friendly and the staff seem to adore their canine guests. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Each evening the three woodburning chimney fire places are lit on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Wonderful to sit, enjoy the sunset and listen to the waves at night. More

realy nice clean room good on site resturant . we loved the sunsets and the fire pits . we stayed 1 night on a trip down hwy 1 this is a great place to stop and stay take a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. More

WE only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. Very good location right on the beach : Room very clean, but the pillows were very fat, and not comfortable - had a bad neck ache. Were disappointed that the rate did not include breakfast. More

This appears to be an older motel that has been refurbished. It sits on oceanfront property with a large expanse of lawn for watching the ocean or playing. Everything was amazing! From Loan ("Lu-An") greeting us as we checked in, to the cozy bed & fireplace, to the spectacular views. Friendliest staff we've ever encountered at a hotel. We stayed at the property 2/5/12 in one of the ocean front fireplace rooms. The bluff side bonfire and beautiful beach front were just amazing. Felt like we stepped back in time. Loved staying at this Best Western. I must admit when my husband booked it, I said "Really, a Best Western?".
