My wife and I traveled to the Napa Valley to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had only been there one other time, for ½ day, with our kids when they were young. Obviously, we were looking forward to this "adult" trip. We visited so many wineries that I lost count. Although we tasted several wines, we didn't taste at... More

After years of spending many of our vacations in Bed & Breakfasts, we decided to spend two nights and three days at the Inn at Sonoma - more of a hotel than a Bed & Breakfast. It turned out to be the perfect mix of service and attention - all our needs were met. The full breakfast was wonderful, the... More

My husband gets all the credit for finding this wonderful gem in Inn at Sonoma. For my 50th birthday I wanted an escape from cold Minnesota and so we chose Sonoma as a base from which we could hike a full day in Armstrong State Nature Reserve (giant redwoods—well worth the gorgeous hour and half drive and then all day... My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Inn to celebrate her 50th birthday. Overall, it was fantastic. I really can't think of any negatives. Afternoon wine and cheese, hot coffee and homemade cookies(!) always available in the lobby, a delicious, made fresh breakfast every morning and a friendly, pleasant staff. The Inn is on the main street... More

We stayed here while we were in Sonoma visitng venues to book our wedding and we booked in for 2 nights. Although I had originally booked in via booking.com I later cancelled and rebooked direct with the hotel to take advantage of the 2 nights for 1 offer but on arrival I was told that my booking had been cancelled!... First trip to Sonoma. The inn takes the qualities of a bed and breakfast and combines them with the convience of a chain hotel. If you are going to Sonoma then this is the place to stay. Nice rooms, hot tub, wine and chees buffet at 4PM. Great breakfasts! A block from the Sonoma Plaza and all the wine tasting... More

We were lucky to find this inn on our last night in Sonoma County. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and charming with a fireplace and nice bathroom amenities and the wine and cheese reception was a pleasure. The breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruit, mushroom quiche, potatoes, fresh baked muffins and gourmet... More

We have stayed at this property several times. The location is premier, only a block from the plaza for great shopping and restaurants. The service is stellar and the full breakfast is always a treat. We'll be back! More

Had a great 2 night stay. Very comfortable accomodations and warm friendly service. Easy to find following the directions on their website. Excellent location for walking to the plaza. More than ample breakfast between 8 to 10 am, wi-fi, coffee, tea and citrus infused water available at all times. Lovely wine and cheese reception in the evening although it would... More

This place was great! It’s one block south of the center plaza/ park, which allows for all restaurants, bars, and in-town wine tastings to be within walking distance. The free parking lot is ample and sufficient. The lobby was spacious and welcoming with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a chess set. The rooms are cozy and charming with personal... More
