We stayed 2 nights for a wedding and my back still hurts! The room was tiny! ( room 117) the bed was hard, the pillow was lumpy, the linens & towels are old and threadbare, the whole room was terrible. We almost drove back to back to the SF airport after the wedding to avoid sleeping there for another night.... More

I had a horrible service experience just trying to book then cancel my reservation. After telling me there wouldn't be a cancellation fee, they then charged me a fee, and now won't refund the money. Even going so far as to say that I'm lucky they didn't charge me more. Wow. I'd hate to experience the service if I actually... More

We stayed 3 nights for a wedding, booked because of proximity to the venue. Big mistake! Outlets didn't work, phone had no dial tone, ironing board locked in open position with nowhere to put it, internet passcodes not accurate, service was awful. The 'staff' left at 5 or 6 pm, with a sign on the door that says, "if you... More

This is a great place to sleep when you visit the wine country! It is located only a few minutes from downtown Sonoma, and is very close to a lot of local wineries. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast was served every morning in the common area which was nice. Surprisingly they also give you fresh towels every day and... More

What an incredible disappointment this place turned out to be. The rooms are small, run down, and dirty. Two people in a room creates a crowd, and space to store anything is extremely limited. As far as location goes, a quick look on Google Earth will give you an indication. You'll quickly realize that, what should be a relaxing pool,... More

First let me say how thankful I was to have a room here since we were sent here from another place that messed up our reservation---that's another story. Now on to the room-- Extremely small, no counter space in the bathroom, no place to hang anything in the bathroom (except on the window latch) You have to run the fan... More

When we started looking at options for Columbus Day weekend there was barely anything left under $500. As long as you're not looking for luxury, the Vineyard Inn is great value, and in our case, left more money to spend on Michelin star dining and wine tasting. Rooms are tiny, but adequate. The motel has character decorative elements and the... More

The three managers of this hotel are true people lovers. They went above and beyond making sure our needs were met adequately and more. One even went as far as personally driving us to some wineries. another gave us his personal cell phone # in case we got "stuck" somewhere. The room was clean and the courtyard was very inviting....
