The room has this constant buzzing sound. In addition, it's not sound proofed from the outside and transmits all traffic noise in. I doubt I'll get a good night sleep. To top it all off, my room stinks. It doesn't deserve the Starwood name. More

We stayed here twice,on our way in and out of SFO to visit family for Christmas, and can't recommend it. First know that you should count on 45 minutes to get to hotel which is only 6 minutes away. Many shuttles will pass before you get on one to find that you are 5th in line as it goes to other hotels. Lots of pluses and minuses with this one, the location is both convienent and inconvientent at the same time. Extreamly convenient is that it is just down the street from the car rental return lane which make the car return process as easy and painless as it possibly can be.
