From the clerk at the office to the cleaning staff and even the breakfast server, everyone treated me good and were mice and tries to accompdate me, it was nice. Clean up and add more outside lighting in exterior hallways, Clean up the smelly elevator. Clean up the disgusting rooms. Add some security cameras or personnel so customers can feel safer there.
