We stayed at Lavender for the 5th time. Everything was marvelous. It's now like visiting old friends. Rooms are immaculate, two sinks in bath which is nice and large, breakfasts are over the top and they have wineries come in for tastings in the evening. We even had a spa tub on our patio. In walking distance to all the... More

My wife and I went to the Lavender Inn for a romantic getaway. The room was impeccably clean and quite comfortable. The service at the Inn was wonderful. The inn-keeper was very friendly and offered great suggestion. The Inn has offers a complimentary afternoon wine and cheese. We frequent B&B's and the wine and cheese served is usually OK. Not... This B&B has a set of rooms made out of some stables at the back. The rooms are comfortable and solid, although they use a fragrance in the room that was a little off-putting. Breakfast was buffet style in the main house and featured good oatmeal, French toast, quiche, etc. The inn is within easy walking distance of Bouchon, Bottega,... More

We've stayed at least 5 times over the years at Lavendar. We keep coming back for the ambience of the cozy room, the quiet of the location (although a short walk to the famous French Laundry and Bouchon restaurants, among others) and the welcoming service. We enjoy the delicious breakfasts in the little breakfast room and the walks we take... More

Lavender is well located on a residential street in Yountville. While not luxurious, it has everything you need for a great get-away. Watch for 4 Sisters Specials for the best room value. We had a 2-for-1 promo that made the room very affordable. More

Charming property. Basic country style clean rooms. Good value only if using their specials. Excellent gourmet breakfast. Awesome location - can walk over to all of Yountville's attractions. More

Stayed at Lavender for 2 nights during a trip to Napa and Sonoma. Overall I was satisfied with the accomodations, but have to say that it was not nearly as nice as I expected. The rooms are nice and large, but not luxurious, as I had expected from the website. Actually, our room was dated, and the amenities seemed cheap.... More

Charming & quaint place in Yountville. It's definitely pricey, but everything in Napa is. If you enjoy something off the beaten path and don't need all the amenities of a luxury spa or hotel this place is perfect. Breakfast was great, free wine was a little disappointing after tasting such great wines all day, free bikes. Walking distance to great... More

We stayed in Yountville for the last three days of our trip through wine country. This was an excellent little inn. Our room was very spacious -- the bathroom itself was huge! The room was very comfortable -- good linens on the bed, plush towels, nice toiletries. Even though the rooms besides ours were occupied, we couldn't hear a thing.... More
