When our reservation at a different hotel in the area fell through, we were able to find lodging here. Very convenient to the CU Boulder campus, but the building is aging, rusty stairs, loose railings, buckling concrete. “Best place to stay for CU's graduation!”

Great location, short and easy walking distance to Folsom Stadium. The price was great! Book it at least a year in advance for the May graduation. Visited this hotel in the winter, my room was old, cold, and had thin blankets. The boiler was off one morning and there was no hot water. Staying at Best Value Boulder is mix of suprise and disappointment. Great location (opposite to CU campus) and stuff, but rooms are on the lowest range to sleep there. They should invest a few bucks into painting and bathrooms.
