Walkable to campus, which is the major plus. We used it during a visit to CU. Clean and pleasant, but definitely a motel. Included breakfast was OK. Located right by freeway. The staff were helpful with directions and maps. Reasonable cost per night.

Excellent staff. They were welcoming, helpful with directions and dinner suggestions and always pleasant. Room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. My daughter will be a freshman at CU next fall, this will be the only hotel I stay in when we travel to Boulder over the next 4 years.
