This is a tired property, past due for updating. While the beds were reasonably comfortable, there were zero amenities (no microwave or refrigerator) and the toilet took several flushes to work. Our stay was wonderful. Location of the Inn is great, parks, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. I would stay here again. Free wifi and the Alfalfa's store right across the street is great to pick up some great CO beers and snacks.

Great location, two blocks from Pearl Street and with a very nice supermarket on the side of the street. The hotel is, however, a bit old and expensive for what it offers in terms of room quality and amenities. Facing the Boulevard, the University Inn is a bit noisy.

The price was excellent, as well as the location. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in downtown boulder. Central Park is right behind the building, and "The Hill" is right up the street. This is the second time we have stayed at UI. We love to go to Pearl Street so this is the perfect location to be in walking distance. The place does need some updating and it is scheduled to begin in October. The pictures of their plans look great. The staff is helpful and very friendly.
