DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is a DUMP!!! They charged us over $100 a night and they are too cheap to give us shampoo!!! Our room had a funny smell to it. Shower stall is small and water leaked all over the floor. Bathroom is VERY tiny. We will not be returning here!

OK location close to Breckenridge and Keystone. No services within a walking distance. A good bed, and the breakfast beats some of the hotels in the region. While showering, lost water pressure, muddy water then flowed through the shower, faucet and toilet. Water then stopped completely. With shampoo still in my hair, and dirty water all over me, I asked for a refund to check into another hotel to finish taking a shower. Not very crowded, had a peaceful feel. About 2 miles from town and Breck mountain. 3 miles up Tiger rd is a great place to hike and take the dog. Hot tub at the hotel was a definite plus! Seemed to be family owned, husband and wife at the front desk, very nice and helpful.

Tom, the owner, is a great guy and takes care of his people. The rooms are serviceable, nothing you would want to spend a lot of time in but great for a place to stay when you are on a budget. The morning breakfast is fabulous!

The Wayside had very clean rooms, super friendly and helpful owners/management, and a decent continental pre-ski breakfast in front of a real fire (a rarity in Summit County).
