Two groups of kids stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff did not do anything to keep them in control and to make sure we could get sleep, rest or use pool. I was not honored for my Diamond status and requests at reservation were not granted.

This hotel only has wireless internet on the 1st floor and in the lobby. So if you need a wireless connection please request a 1st floor room or stay somewhere else. Freshly made cookies, coffee and tea were available in the lobby upon arrival.

We stayed here to visit family. Great view of the mountains. Great locations, plenty of places, close by, to eat. Rooms are clean, prices a reasonable. Check in and out were good. A variety of breakfast food to choose between.

If you want a quiet nights sleep, don't sleep here. The walls are very thin. The room itself was clean and nice. The breakfast in the morning good. Kids ran up and down the halls pretty late in the evening.

The hotel is conveniently located of Royal Gorge Boulevard. Checkin was fine and so was checkout. Nice staff, pools is heated lids loved it, nice sized rooms, breakfast is decent, overall nice place we would stay again! Only downer is they allow pets so there was dog hair on the carpet... You would think non pet guests would get non pet rooms
