I'm a lawyer who does business with oil companies, and I love America. I have no idea what any of that has to do with this wondeful place. You will find this particular B&B to be a pleasant slice of Americana, as well as a stirring example of two hard-working people following the American dream of risking all for an... More

We are a couple who like to have a lot of rest during their trips. This one wasnt different. Colorado Springs trip from Denver is a day trip for most people. But we took it easy and made it 2 days. We stayed at this nice quaint place. Leo and Joyce who manage this place are the friendliest people. It... More

If you are a lawyer, have business with an oil company, or just love America in general, you won't like this place. I'm not either of the first two, but I do love America, and the owner bashes them all. This is unlike any B&B I've ever been too. All visitors are invited to sit around the breakfast table at... I enjoyed my stay at Spurs and Lace B&B. Although very close to the downtown shopping area, it is very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, surrounded by the rustic charm of the Colorado in the 1800s. The hosts offer a good deal of privacy to their guests. I like what Joyce said upon my... More

We were only in town for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was comfortable and clean, we stayed in the Durango Room and thought the decor was cute and homey. Breakfast was delicious and the company was fun. We just happened to be there on Memorial Day weekend and there was a huge street festival... More

This B+B was a wonderful find. The host Leo was very helpful, friendly, and an interesting story teller! The breakfasts were delicious. The price was right. The accommodations were very comfortable and the rooms included unusual western decor. More

The owner of this B&B mentioned that I could call him and he'd show up to let us in. Admittedly we were 30mins late and couldn't get a hold of Leo at all. He called us back 3 hours later but we had dinner reservations so we had to find other accommodations. Then since we were not able to stay... More

We stayed at this place wanting to experience the stay in a Victorian House and it was worth it. The inn keepers at this bed and breakfast are very friendly and the conversations are out of this world. The rooms were very pretty. The bed was a little hard to sleep on but i suppose that is because i prefer... More
