I've stayed here a few times over the past 3 years when in the Springs on family visits of 1-2 weeks, and have been especially impressed by front desk service: they helped print documents, guided me to stores nearby, and when I left my camera in the room upon departure, the manager retrieved it immediately and is mailing it back...
