A well-maintained property. Makes a welcome change from a big hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are excellent with all facilities. Excellent internet connection and free. I was so excited to stay at Queen Ann after reading the reviews. I left disappointed and frankly ripped off. The sheets smelled, the breakfast was waffles (big deal) and the room has a hot tub that left splinters in my hand from being poorly repaired. The coffee was great and the location is excellent.
