Hotel is located in downtown Denver, on the 16th Street Mall, which is still a work in progress. During the day, no issues with roving around, going to all the stores. This hotel is making a wonderful transition. Arrived on a Sunday. Wireless would not work in my room. Called operator and got tech support. Was advised no tech support available on Sunday. Really? Wow. I wish more hotel chains would follow this lead. I am very persnickety about the cleanliness of my sheets, towels, bathroom. Another no-brainer Starwood property. Great location with plenty of parking. Excellent restaurants attached (one is Irish and the other an excellent, large brewpub) plus Peet's Coffee. The Club lounge on the 21st floor has a great view of the city and there is plenty to walk to from here. Totally recommend.

Went for a large group business conference. Hotel is convenient to the main shopping. The hotel is very big and spread out, there is good signage and for our conference they had a person stationed to help give directions which I would recommend for any conference planners.
