I have stayed here many times and the experience is always a pleasant one.  The staff is courteous and freindly and go out of their way to make me feel at home.  The rooms are large and comfortable and I love the work out room.  The continental breakfast is delicious and convenient. more

The pool was cold, the room was not terribly clean, and the breakfast was all starch - no fresh fruit or protein. But all of this pales compared to the management. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful scenery, of course! We went to Glenwood Springs, really, as part of a "Doc Holliday/Wyatt Earp" tour we were doing as a family. The hotel is probably the newest in the area... everything seemed very new and extremely clean. The breakfast was great - they even had biscuits w/gravy and waffles. The pool with slide was the best! Our 7 year old loved the pool and hot tub. I suggest the adults do the slide too - it was a lot of fun!!... more

We have stayed here several times. We have stayed in Glenwood Springs every year for almost 10 years. We used to stay at the Glenwood hotel that is connected with the hot springs. That is the only way to go if you are going to do the hot springs, as it is very expensive to get in there...but the hotel... more

The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was very caring and accommodated to all of my needs. The pool area was outstanding and I was impressed with the indoor waterslide. The upkeep of the hotel was very clean. I could really tell all the workers put a lot into their work environment. more

Awesome breakfast in the morning, comfortable beds with quality sheets and a really neat pool area with a water slide. This hotel is new and is spic and span clean. Even tho the interstate is right on the other side of the hotel, we never heard a thing. Very sound proof. Would stay here again in a second. more

This is a fairly new looking hotel located a few blocks west of downtown Glenwood Springs. Our stay here was excellent. We had a blast staying here. The last time we stayed at the Hot Springs Lodge, and the kids were not happy. The Hot Springs is not set up for small children 5,8,&10. The Americinn was great !
