I will be staying here again and again. You feel like you are walking into a lodge instead of a hotel. The furnishings are unique and well kept. Close to everything! Wonderful deck overlooking the mountains and lake with firepit tables to keep you warm on chilly evenings. The only thing I was upset with is it was cold outside... More

They have bunk beds, Need I say more? My brother and I took my mom on a trip to Grand Lake. We checked a least 3 of the hotels in the area before we stumbled upon the Gateway inn. The woman at the counter couldn't have been nicer! She even took us on a little tour before we paid for... More

We stayed here last September and it was an excellent overnight stay. Loved the rustic furniture. Located in a convenient spot in Grand Lake. Not overpriced and very clean. Had a great view of the lake from our own porch. Would love to come back again.

Great place to stay. Every year at the end of January, the area offers an ice fishing tournament. We always stay here and are never disappointed. The rooms are very accommodating and the bar area is fun at night with great food, drinks and fun. At the entrance to the town of Grand Lake. It's in a great location with... More

Everything was excellent and very clean (except maybe for the hot tub which needed cleaning)....but everything inside the inn....the room, the bar.....everything was "more" than expected and if you did have a problem they were more than ready to fix it...but we really didn't...they went overboard to make sure we were happy....we had such a good time with the staff... I travel extensively for work and pleasure, this hotel and it's management exceeded all my expectations. Clean, comfortable rooms with pine furniture of the Colorado surroundings and a small fridge, but no microwave. Located just on the edge of town, easy access to restaurants. Has a bar on the property for guests. Management offers a military discount.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar and the people were fun. The drink was well mixed, tasting great. We will go back several times a year. A great place to snowmobile. One thing if you are particular about your pillow I would take my own. They are on the hard and flat side.

This Inn was perfect for our stay with several friends. Convenient location, great atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic lodging. We enjoyed the stay so much that we plan on staying here more often with friends not only for annual snowmobile trips but summer fun on the lake as well. The lounge provided an excellent view and fun place... More

We spent two nights here for a weekend birthday getaway from Denver. When I called to make the reservation I was greeted warmly and they were very friendly, as they were at check-in. Love the decor... the log furniture and rustic decorations in the rooms are very nice, makes you feel like you are in a cabin in the woods.... More

Enjoyed our stay here. Had a view of the lake. Since we were there on a holiday, it was empty but it was nice to feel like we had the place to ourselves. Used the fitness center, but unfortunately it was way too cold to venture out to the hot tub. Rooms are nice, big and clean. We had a... More
