The front desk staff was friendly and competent; bedding and mattress were perfect for us. The building and rooms, in general, are well worn but well kept. The Summit Stage bus stop is right out the door making Arapahoe Basin a very easy commute.

Boo! Just boo! We were locked out of our rooms at 11:30 p.m. Key cards didn't work. Not a big deal just go to the front desk. However the front desk isn't staffed! I waited 30 minutes (no one showed up). I called the emergency number posted on the front door and on the counter, and the phone rings in the drawer behind the counter. Finally at 1:00 a.m. me and some other helpful guests crossed the counter and tried to find a way to break in to no avail. My children and I had to sleep on the couches for 2 hours in the middle of a weekend night while a bunch of drunk people sauntered through. My kids were uneasy and had to be reassured. My daughter has to pee outside in the freezing cold between two cars while I held up a jacket to block the elaborate exterior camera network. A random dog escaped and joined us as refugees in our hotel. Finally, around 2 am a kind stranger (and grateful dog owner) let us sleep in his extra bunk beds. It was a very poor nights sleep. We were all too tired to ski the next day ruining our ski weekend. I wasn't able to retrieve our belongings from the room until 7:00 a.m. next day. I was assured I would be issued a refund. 11 days and three phone calls later I still have not received the promised call from the owner, nor any kind of refund. I am now going through the credit card company. I did get offered the excuse “we get a lot of requests for refunds so sometimes it takes a while to get a call back.” The hotel is nothing nothing special. The management is abysmal. I definitely wouldn't stay here with children in case there's any need from the hotel staff.

My favorite place to stay in Keystone. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Summit County! Staff had great recommendations on local area, wonderful customer service, super helpful. Excellent location if you are catching live music across the street at The Goat, best local’s hangout, venue & bar in the area for some walkable nightlife. Super clean, easy parking & access. Comfortable beds. Look forward to returning! Going to be a great winter & this is the spot to stay in the area!

This place is a bit seedy. The carpets are filthy, the rooms are sort of clean. No outlets in the bathrooms, and some outlets don't work in the room. The chairs are dirty, worn, and old. No cleaning of rooms on multi-day stays. The worst part is that numerous guests have asked me where the people are that run this place. They are non-existent. Must be a sweet gig to work (not work and get paid) here. The only drink or food available is free terrible coffee. I would not recommend staying here and I won't stay here again.

Very pricey. Could not check in 45 or even 30 minutes before 4:00, the official check in time. There were dried up spills on the lobby tables where we had to wait to check in. There was marker writing on the bedside table and masking tape on the padlock on the room door. Windows were cracked. Fan in bathroom leaked water. There were black spots on the ceiling. Good points: This location is ideal however, as the slopes and ski/ride school drop off are a short walk across the street. The guy at the desk checking in was friendly and helped us when the tv wasn’t working. I just wish they had cleaned up and repaired the place a little. They advertised a continental breakfast but there isn’t one. We won’t stay again.

Pulling up to the hotel it is quite old and dumpy looking on outside but it is budget priced and the room was great - sure a bit old but clean and comfy and in the middle of the hot summer it did have a window air conditioner which a lot of mountain accommodation does not have. The room also had a dining table and a microwave and fridge so that was good. Worked well for me for a one night stop on route to Denver.

We booked on their website for a stay over MLK weekend but when we turned up Friday night they didn’t have a room for us as they overbooked by their mistake. Jeremiah apologized, called Kamir, and they booked a room at La Quinta Inn to for us to stay the night. We made it clear that we weren’t going to pay for this since it’s their mistake. Kamir assured us that he will pay. When we turned up to La Quinta Inn they took our credit card number for incidentals but assured us that Kamir has paid for the room. Jeremiah then told us to come back the next morning to check in at 3 Peaks Lodge for the remaining nights but no one was at the counter until noon, so we missed half a day of skiing on Saturday. Apologetic, Jeremiah promised us a refund for the first night plus a discount for our stay. Instead we found that we got billed in full the entire 3 nights stay including the night they didn’t have a room for us to stay, and in addition we got billed $296.91 from Le Quinta Inn. I have written numerous emails to demand a refund which they completely ignored. I finally got hold of Jeremiah on the phone, he apologized and told me that the refund would be made immediately, and took our credit card number again. I still have not seen a refund after a week. They have not responded to my email requests, they don’t answer the phone, and the phone inbox is full at 9705139009 so I can not even leave a message. Absolutely the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. They are essentially stealing since they have taken money from us for the time we didn’t stay, and they have not paid us back. We are usually very reasonable and have given Kamir and Jeremiah enough time and opportunity to rectify their mistake. However it is now clear that they don’t really care to provide a good customer service so I have posted this very negative review to let you know of our experience.

Well, good luck finding someone behind the desk to check in. That dude is elusive. There is no breakfast at all despite ass saying otherwise No excuse for that. Rooms beat up. TV is nice and my bed was comfortable at least. Water all over the hallway. Want to open your window to get rid of the odd smell? Not a chance. It was funny that the bathroom door was worn because it rubbed against the toilet when you opened or closed the door. Guy told me I am in one of the "nicer" units. We got a laugh out of that. F this over priced hole.

Paid $300+ for one night, absolute s***hole and extremely overpriced. Booked 2 queen beds room and got one queen + bunk beds...beds were not even made with folded sheets left on top of beds?! Water in room/shower had no pressure and was freezing until later at night. Hottub was cold and dirty... No breakfast or really no amenities whatsoever. Only plus is location, 5 min from the slopes. This place would maybe be ok for a hundred dollars per night, maybe. Will NOT come back in the future and most definitely DO NOT recommend to anyone.
