Stayed here b/c everything in Denver was booked. Hotel was pretty average. Nice distance between Denver and Red Rocks. Got a great car service just out the front door. Staff were nice and accommodating. Restaurant, La Cave, was just ok. Overall, a typical hotel - nothing stood out. Rooms are starting to look a worn.

I had the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Everyone was so friendly, especially the staff that took care of meals during a conference. Rex & Sean were nothing short of nice, friendly, and super obvervant during meals. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to that area.

Check-in rudeness, zero upgrade, sleepless room... Heating system loudly growls on and off, each hour/by the hour..; bathroom 36" wide/6 feet long..beyond being real tight; exposed electrical cords slip in & out of sockets, turn off lights without warning; ahh..the 12th floor lounge..comfortable for maybe 10 guests..zero seating available at cocktail time. Recent renovations...didn't materially improve

Every time I visit Red Rocks, I like to stay here. The rooms are nice, roomy, and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.
