I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn to attend a concert at Blue Arena nearby without driving home afterwards. The staff were all courteous and helpful and my room and common areas were clean. Unfortunately, the hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation: room furniture is scratched, damaged and stained; carpet is worn and stained; sheets were yellowed with age; mattress was hard and uncomfortable; every light in the room had those cheap LED bulbs with a bluish-white color cast; shower pan in the bathroom had a huge crack; sink drained slowly; hallways were dingy and in need of new carpet; common areas were dated and worn. Breakfast was entirely processed foods with no fresh fruit (just processed fruit cups - yuck), no almond milk, those processed "cheese omelets", and all plates and utensils were paper/plastic. The room rate for my stay was $200+/night and I was SO disappointed after paying so much to stay in a Fort Collins suburb. It certainly doesn't meet the standard of a Hilton property and was much worse than any other Hampton Inn I have visited. I do not recommend choosing this property, even if you need to drive elsewhere to spend the night.

The most important thing to say is how clean this hotel was! Nice and quiet. Nestled away from the main road, among a nice selection of restaurants. Friendly staff. Great place to stay. The air was actually cool in the room which was also spacious.

It’s an older Hampton with the window AC unit and the room smelled stale. With allergies it was an issue. The bathroom was small and cramped. The bed was very nice and comfy with soft pillows. Happy to have a frig and microwave. The plus side is it’s a quiet location near restaurants and shopping.

The staff was nice and the area great for our needs to do hiking in the mountains during the day. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids The things the could be improved and why I didn’t give it a 5 are. The bathroom was poorly lit, Guest dryer was not working and our last night there we found an ant in the room.

I chose this hotel because it was somewhat close to Rocky Mountain National Park and it wasn't $300/night. Value was great, especially since a hot breakfast is included. Pool water was...refreshing. Took a bit to get used to. Water pressure great. Had a few board games to use if needed something to do at night. McDonalds and Taco KFC within walking distance. The LOVE sign is within walking distance. CON: Looking at separate charges on bill and there is a charge for parking. So I guess if you have a shuttle or cab drop you off make sure you aren't charge for parking. That's my tip. Doors are noisy when shutting. Had some rude person letting his/her keep banging on the device to keep it open in the AM. RUDE. I wish Hotels in general would offer recycling.

I have stayed in a lot of embassy suites over the years with my family. Over the years I have seen them cut corners(not horrible the economy has been hard on hotels). This one has not, it was the service I remember from embassy years ago. Definitely recommend, wish all embassy were still like this one.

We stayed at this location because we were going to graduation at Colorado State University in Fort Collns. Pros: Easy to get to and nice to be away from the freeway; late check in and convenient to do so on the Hilton Honors app, including accessing the room with my phone; room was clean but had a strong smell of something chemical that did not dissipate even with the window open. Note that the windows only open about 2 inches; Cons: that smell! Yuck! Hopefuly it meant that the room was super clean, but who knows...As for the parking fee, I agree completely with others - there is a HUGE parking lot and even though the hotel was "sold out" for graduation, there were still many available spacesso why charge, for goodness sake? I did challenge the parking fee and thankfully the fornt desk person credited me for it. But, come on, a self parking fee in a great, big lot? The breakfast looked ok but there were absolutely no options for those who may wish to have anything other than sugary, carb loaded food, and there were no non-dairy options for milk, cream etc. Frankly, Hilton can do better than this....

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for the workweek and was not impressed with the hotel. I stay in various Hilton properties frequently enough, and this hotel is not up to the Hilton standards. The room was clean and I did not experience any specific issues. However, the hotel is clearly old, and it shows. They've done a poor job trying to keep it updated. As an example, when showering in the tub, the tub creaks loudly with every move you make. I assume they must have put some type of mold over the actual tub to make it look more up to date, but it doesn't fit right, thus making horrible noises. I can only imagine how annoying it was if there was someone in the room below me. There's plenty of additional examples, but overall just old and dingy, poor lighting, etc. The breakfast selection was small compared to most Hampton's. I stopped in 2 or 3 days out of the 5 I was there, and never saw any fruit or appealing options other than the standard waffle station. The price was in line with other hotels I saw when I was booking, so it wasn't a discount experience, and I expect better quality from Hilton.

Enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Loveland, great location as well as friendly staff. Breakfast was good as compared to other Hampton's we have stayed at this week. My only complaint is the charge for self parking???? No one mentioned this when we checked in and if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else just on principle.

The room was adequate but the complimentary breakfast was poor. The scrambled eggs were uneditable as was the less than warm oatmeal. The food selection for someone who tries to eat healthy was not adequate. The bananas were past their prime. The complimentary coffee near the front desk at night was warm at best so I took it up to my room and heated in the microwave.
