Owners making an effort to please in many ways though because of low few guests, absent. For historians, an unusual and commodious lobby, great place to hang out. Interesting building. Rooms are fine though nothing special.

The hotel was wonderful, the service in the hotel itself was great. We stayed here for 3 days in November 2012, between hunting seasons. Everything was clean and nice, the bedding was high quality and the antique claw foot tub was amazing. I would move in just for that tub, even though it took forever to fill, it was worth...

I stayed here Wednesday pm 5 Sept 2012 and found the reception was friendly & efficient. This is an historic building where remodeling is taking place in some areas, so give them a break, gripers. The steep, carpeted stairs lead to the rooms and mine was very nicely equipped, very clean, with nice linens & found the bed just fine....

Furnishings excellent from long ago, trophy mounts everywhere, small town and very safe, need to be available in a.m. when guests need service. Recommend the Teddy Roosevelt Room for authentic experience.
Ok we are a little bit corney, but when we found out that there was a Meeker, Colorado and since our last name is Meeker, my husband has wanted to stay there. We decided to visit during the famous Range Call 4th of July event. The hotel was wonderful! We have a family of five and they suggested a different...

Everything was great...rooms were NICE and looked newly remodeled. Only complaint would be no clock in our room and there was a TV but not hooked up to cable. Beautiful building and really nice helpful staff. I would stay here again for sure.
After returning from a day fishing on the White River, the Meeker Hotel was on my "to see" list. Upon arriving the nice lady at the front desk greeted us and permitted us to take pictures of the magnificent taxidermy that graces the walls. The place was a trip into yesteryear. I cant tell you about the rooms or the...

The only thing the Meeker Hotel and Cafe have going for them is the significant history of the place. Stopping for a bite to eat on my way through Meeker, my first clue as to the quality of the food should have been the lack of customers within the cafe. Secondly, the total disregard of a waitress, by the name...

Dear 708DOH,
Before responding, I reviewed the schedule for the first week in April because the server you had issues with was off Sunday, April 1 and on holiday beginning April 5th. I went through the comment cards from the three days when this server was scheduled and did not find one reflecting this visit.
We strive to deliver excellent...

We spent most of our visit with friends upriver this time. The White River cannot be beat for its beauty and in winter it is uniquely beautiful, but we had to stop and spend at least one night at the Meeker Hotel. Wonderful progress has been made since our last visit. The main staircase is amazing and there is a...

Great location on Main Street in Meeker for this old hotel. Teddy Roosevelt stayed here (but they've changed the mattresses since). We had a room on the front balcony and enjoyed watching the local traffic. The cafe was mediocre. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. Very interesting lobby - made me feel like a great white hunter.
