Great price and also very nice and clean. Also, the GM Joe was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again due to the price and overall value of this hotel. We paid just $79 a night in peek season.

From the time we checked in (by the manager) to the time we checked out everyone was great! It's a beautiful well maintained and CLEAN place to stay we will go back for sure!!!!!!!!! The view of the river was amazing and it was soooooo quiet !!!!!

The hotel faces a busy interstate and there are train tracks on the other side of the hwy so your best bet is to pay extra for the quiet river view rooms. New Hotel, easy in and out, clean big rooms. Stayed in 317 with a great view of the Colorado river out the window. Could hear the river at night in the room when the AC was off. Well done Holiday Inn.

We stayed here a couple of times during hunting season in late October. Both times we were very happy with our stay. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean. The breakfast each day was very nice with a lot of variety. They are very catering to hunters and the oil gas companies. Will be staying here more often.
