Front desk and restaurant employees we met during our 4 day stay were terrific! Hotel itself is fine, no problems. As others have noted, from the outside the hotel looks like either a castle or a prison, not sure which. You can see snow-covered mountain peaks from the restaurant. It's all good.

Very friendly front desk staff. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with made to order omlettes. Clean, comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Very modern and clean eqiupment in the fitness center. LOVE the warm cookies!

Everything is just as it should be, you will not be disappointed. Very clean hotel, very helpful staff and good food at the onsite resturant. The bar is well stocked and the staff is friendly their too. The only thing that bothered me is the slow evelator.

I would highly recommend this hotel due to the excellent care given by the staff of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. Staff was very helpful for presentation I was giving.

The exterior of the building looks like a castle, and it is as solid inside as a castle. Great location right next to I-25 with plenty of parking. Large friendly lobby and easy access to elevator. Only drawback is poorly fitted door in room that allows hall noise easy access to room.

Stayed a couple nights for business. Room was good sized and clean. The hotel seemed well cared for. The staff was very friendly. The bar was quaint and well attended.
