We were given a room next to the elevator which started binging at 5:27 in the morning and never stopped. Front desk personnel were unconcerned and not at all helpful. Could not have cared less. Do not stay here if you want to relax and actually sleep on your vacation. Very unprofessional Management and staff. More

This was not my first trip to Vail, but was my first stay at the Austria Haus. I stayed with a large group. Everything went so smooth.
