I am among a number of guests who booked rooms at this property for a Friday, May 18th overnight stay. What a night! This hotel is conveniently located just a couple of minutes of I-91. Check in was easy and the person at the desk was friendly enough. “Not representative of most Sheraton Four Points”

Most Sheraton Four Points are very nice and a terrific value. Unfortunately this is not one of them. From the difficult and unhelpful front desk( with the exception of an acting mgr.) the staff was either incompetent or have no idea that they're in the "hospitality" business. Expect to pay extra for what is standard in other rooms.

“Must go back.”

On a short notice day trip to the area I met with clients from Research Parkway at the Silver City Bar & Grill. All the food was better than I expected and the quesadillas were great! The room itself is comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly. Looking forward to meeting there again.

“Surprisingly Good”

I have stayed here probably 5 or 6 times now. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms have always been immaculate and well prepared. Ample free parking and onsite bar and restaurant make this a must stay for business travel in the area. Exceptionally comfortable beds.
