“nice staff, tired facility”

Easy location immediately off I 95 and a good price were main draws. Facilities are dated but maintained and clean. This place is a Hugh fire hazard. I asked to get out of my booked room and was told NO. Yet if I was unhappy I could stay someplace else. Lol. No clean towels ..a double room with two pillows. “The worst motel experience ever!”

Our experience on 4/13/2013 was horrific. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 AM. Jerry Storo, the Front Office Manager, went down the hall, banging on doors, telling people to evacuate. “For the money the remodeled room was nice!”

We got a remodeled room for $55 and it was clean led tv pool was clean but needed to be refreshed. The breakfast was bad. the hotel in general was clean. We would stay there if we had a remodeled room.

“Went on quick honeymoon”

We went to Mystic for a weekend getaway. We were looking for something affordable. And we did. Our first night our heat wasn't working. And they moved us to a different room which was way better. I was very hesitant when i read the reviews But over all i am pleased. We plan on staying again when the time rises.
