I chose this hotel recently over others due to the review. Very disappoint, this a MOTEL. All outside access to rooms. VERY noise and the highway is the parking lot. Bathrooms are cramped and the breakfsat is horrible. Found a dirty hair in the bathroom. DISGUSTING. This ho//MOTEL is not worth the stay.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Newly renovated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also surprisingly enjoyable. I will stay at this hotel again and recommend it to all.

Love this hotel! Recently had to stay in a hotel due to some do-it-yourself repairs that were being done on my house. We decided to stay at the Quality Inn because of its location. Renovations are out of this world and the staff is outstanding! If you have to stay in the Waterbury area, I definitely recommend this hotel!

Wow! What an improvement from the Super8 Days! The recent renovation has improved the aesthetics of the facility and the staff really was pleasant and kind. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in the Waterbury area overnight.
