There is a Clairon across the street that charges $60 a night and I find these two hotels very comparable, the main difference being Double Tree charges you $150 a night (though Clairon has terrible service and no windows!!!) This hotel is value for the money. Good clean hotel. The service is excellent. and parking is just $15 unlimited entery and exit. Located downtown. Only thing lacking in the room is a mini fridge. Other than that, it can be recommended to anyone. more

This was a clean hotel with nice, newly renovated rooms on the executive floor. The piano in the lobby never seems to be in use. The nickel and diming for add-ons always seems tacky at a nice hotel like this. They charge for parking and wifi but give away cookies. It should be the other way around. more

Great deal on Priceline for a weekend stay. Mostly a business and conference hotel. Downtown is quiet and Wilmington is struggling to revive the downtown core and river area. The outside of the hotel is OK. Nothing special. The hotel room was large and clean. The staff was friendly. Not much to do around downtown. No restaurants nearby.
