This place is a dump. Shower curtain with mold and horrible odor. Carpet was dirty, with spots, not only in my room but all over the place. Internet was extremely slow. Air conditining sounded like a turbine propeller

This venue was chosen to deliver a seminar, and this reviewer did stay overnight. Typically, there is a standard for DoubleTree Hotels, and this facility met those standards adequately. We stayed here for 2 nights because my husband had an exam at UD Wilmington. This was one of the closest hotels to that site. Stayed here three nights earlier this month (may15-17). Decent location. Poor room service. Blood and gunk on comforters....bed linen smelled bad. Room service didn't replace room essentials including shampoo, conditioner on a daily basis. Called front desk to complain and they were quite cold about this - not even a simple apology.
