Ya the resort offers a lot 7 holes of mini golf, a water park, basketball court, an exercise room. But its in need of major renovations. The bathroom and kitchen mostly. While Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area attractions, surprisingly, there aren't many "resort" style hotels there.
