“Beautiful Villa - disappointing service”

Our family stayed for 3 weeks in a wonderful villa at Highgate Park. 4 beds, 3 baths, stunning pool and games room. The villa itself was perfect - all the conveniences anyone could want, plenty large enough to accommodate our family (5 adults and 2 kids) very clean and tidy with luxury furnishings, towels and bedding.
