We have stayed here for the past 4 years when visiting friends & family. Location is great-near malls, restaurants, and not far from Clearwater Beach & other attractions. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room always clean and has everything you need...fridge, microwave. Excellent value for price.

Property is very attractive from the outside and in the lobby area, it is also fresh and clean in those areas. The hallways need sprucing up. The biggest complaint is in the room, at least ours. Baymont Clearwater was a great value, the rooms were clean, the staff courteous and location met all of our needs.
