I've stayed at the Sand Key twice now, both times on business. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Do not expect something fancy or luxurious from this hotel. it's old, simple and needs some renovations. I was very disapointed when I arrived here. However, beach is nice and clean. the hotel club lounge offers a cocktail hour for special guests.
