the staff was EXTREMLY helpful and not their fault, the hotel smells musty, the lobby makes the hotel look promising but the rooms are about as outdated as you can have them. “Great hotel, excellent staff”

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing. Everyone from Shelby and the front desk to Shannon and Nichole in the restaurant. We were in town to see Winter the Dolphin and would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The central location is great for access to Tampa and St. Petersburg.

“Georgia Spring Break Getaway”

This hotel location was perfect for business and pleasure. Ulmerton Road was a gateway to everything north and south. We had a fantastic 4 day stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was amazing! The buffet breakfast staff, the room staff, basketball court and workout facilities were more than enough! We're looking forward to staying again!

We got to this hotel at 11:30 p.m, after being switched from another hotel who had overbooked, flight delays, etc. The lady behind the front desk (can't pronounce her name) was seriously the rudest lady I've ever encountered. “Terrific staff really go out of their way for you.”

The hotel is beautiful, and very clean. The staff are friendly, and go out of their way to ensure you're enjoying yourself and having no problems. The airport shuttle service was quick and saved us a lot of money versus airport parking costs.
