Needed a hotel for a couple of nights and wanted a room on the beach without spending my whole savings account. Reserved International Palms because I couldn't find anything else we could afford on the beach. The room is small, but does have a great view of the beach. The hotel could use some updating, first off by improving on... More

This hotel is nice enough, but the customer service is lacking. I was treated differently because my reservation was booked through priceline. Upon trying to complain through priceline they checked with the hotel who told them I'd received a complimentary upgrade when no one had mentioned an upgrade, it was just the room I was given. Also, because of booking... More

Certainly concerning here about Staff and Customer Service - especially in light of the review right before this one with staff compliments. As we do thousands of room nights with our partners like Priceline and such, rest assured we are constantly checking on the 'details' to ensure you get exactly what you requested....and hopefully a little bit more. We recently stayed at this beach side hotel. We had a standard remodeled room that was quite nice. New furnishings and new carpet and adequate linens. The landscaping is well kept and the pools are very nice. The exterior of the buildings could all use fresh paint. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to us with dining and bar... More

THANK YOU for the kind words about the staff...the traffic accident down the road, that caused the power failure was fatal and disruptive, but we did hear from many that our staff STEPPED UP amidst the challenge, so thank you again. Duly noted about the Ice machine and the Housekeeping cart and that room is now considered a Do NOT... More

Horrible resort, staff doesn't care shower did not work. Heater smelled horrible. Mold on the roof. Talking about they just put lipstick on a pig. Manager has not responded to me as of yet. Save yourself the money and go to a brand name hotel. More

We do care and are sorely disappointed with your comments and we apologize. Our honest approach to situations like this is to focus on continuous Housekeeping and Engineering inspections AND to 'recover' when we make mistakes. Stayed one night. Very noisy air conditioner. it sounded like a leaf blower starting up. Woke us up every time it came on, all night long. Don't be fooled by how nice the lobby looks! The rooms are small. Our bed had one sheet and one thin blanket. Very basic and we had a remodeled room. We're told the room... More

Most concerning here is the impression of our staff, which has been noted and relayed in a Staff Meeting this week with a focus on our attitude and approach to Hospitality. Please know that 75% of our rooms do have refrigerators and we will be up to 95% by early June; and all air-conditioners and chillers are in the process... More

Three things I liked about this resort: 1. It's right on the beach 2. Nice pool with water slides 3. Helpful pleasant staff Three things I didn't like : 1. The Wifi wasn't working!!! Couldn't get on all week. McDonalds is about a mile down the road for connecting purposes. Starbucks too! 2. Overall is slightly seedy but clean. Seems... More

Thank you for your compliments, especially about the staff ( you should see them now in their new tropical shirts!!) Thank you as well for your comments of concern....WiFi has been inconsistent, but is now stabilized and routers being improved; every effort is being made to refresh and maintain cleanliness, so we hope to replace the perception of 'seedy' with... My family came down to see Cocoa Beach for the weekend because they had never seen the beach before, being that they are from up north. When we checked in we asked for a disabled room, assuming that all features would be handicap accessible, all I can say is thank goodness my husband was with me. The room was small,... More

Sincere apologies here, as we do take great care of our 13 ADA compliant rooms with door access, support bars and roll in showers. The rooms are located throughout the property (though none with ocean-front views.) As all rooms cannot provide for all expectations (ADA and ocean-front) we are making every effort to re-confirm the exact specifications of requests for... More

We spent four nights at IPRS mid-January. It was very much low season, but we felt the room, the restaurant, bar, beach access and facilities were all fine. Breakfast was an excellent deal. For the price, maybe we should rate it above average. More

We stayed 6/12/11 to 6/14/11. The staff were wonderful but the place was a dive from the outside to the inside. We had to check out a day early because our two sons ages 4 & 3 were just too disgusted with the place. The icing on the cake was the roach in bed with me and my 3 year... More

I was in the area for my Mother's memorial service and had been at this hotel when it was under another name several times and like the location and the beach area.
