This place is conveniently located close to the beach. It is about a mile to downtown Cocoa beach and 2 miles to the pier. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh waffles, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, sweets, etc. We didn't use the large pool so cannot comment on that.

We wanted to spend 2 nights, but booked an extra night because cocoa beach is a great beach town, close to Kennedy space Center. The rooms where fine, staff was very helpfull and breakfast was good, especially for this price.

outside rooms, rude staff, and NO ELEVATOR!! Horrible place. We asked the front desk to send help and they never came...no apologies no compensation. My mom has a bad back and they did not try to help with any issues we had....when we asked Any questions they were rude and unfriendly !! Avoid !!
