This is a place you never want to leave.The ocean is soooo beautiful to just sit and watch.Pat and Phil are great people to deal with.My two son's like to go down and enjoy some guy time together they call it their (bachelor pad ) even though both are married.You will truely enjoy this as a vacation place to stay.
