Found Zappi's at lunch today and was so impressed we brought our friends back for dinner the same evening. Definitely worth your time to check it out. Great food and atmosphere. We dined on the patio and all of the staff was friendly and attentive. They also have a full service bar.

Wonderful rooms with a fantastic restaurant below! The rooms were well designed and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in the middle of downtown Daytona, great service in the restaurant. The pizza was superb and the pizza was even better. I recommend the antipasto and stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and the lobster ravioli as an entree.

Just stayed recently in the vacation villas. Excellent value for your money. Very spacious and spotless rooms with private belconeys overlooking the restaurant area. Short walk to the river, and many neat boutique stores nearby. The owners were very accommodating with any request that I had. Hot hot showers and the room layout was gorgeous.
